Junk We Can’t Remove
While the list of what we can take/is acceptable is really, really long – there are some things that we cannot take – but we can certainly help you find out where to take them yourself to ensure that those items are properly disposed of in an environmentally safe way. We cannot take hazardous materials as we are not licensed to do so. For a full list of what is considered Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) – waste material generated from our homes that poses a risk to health, safety or the environment, please visit Divert NS or consider Household Special Waste (HSW) and the HSW Depot Schedule. For more information, please visit the official site of the Halifax municipal government.
